FX Glu Corpse / P5310091 I made a support to mount to the toe pincher lid.  A little liquid nails did the trick.  Actually I first used hot glue, but that failed attempt led me to use something heavy duty.  I find that hot glue really doesn't stick anything to anything else.  It is good for filling gaps, and burning fingers, but I haven't had much success with it's "gluing" uses.
