Skeleton Hands
 

I have always felt that the best option for monster or skeleton hands are the 4'th Quality Bucky hands for $2.97. 
The problem; There is no wrist on these hands so attaching them to a prop is difficult.  This is what I did:

Bucky hands usually need minor work to get them into useable shape.  Remove the finger spring; position the fingers, and the hand is ready to go.  I cut a notch in a piece of 1/2" PVC to make an attachment for a wrist.  A little Liquid Nails does the trick.
