I positioned Bart the way I wanted, then covered 1/2 of the joints with plastic bags and duct tape. The technique is to fill the joint with hot glue. The plastic and tape keeps the glue from pouring out the back.

Hot glue doesn't stick very well to the Buckies plastic bones, but if you fill the joint cavity with glue, it will lock the joint into position.
